SIMPLE WAY TO RAISE THE HAEMOGLOBIN LEVEL


Symptoms for the Deficiency of Haemoglobin level

  • Feeling very tired, 
  • Not at all interested in any work, 
  • Always Feel sleepy but unable to sleep, 
  • Body pain, 
  • Laziness to work, 
  • Doing our own work will become very difficult.

If we consult a doctor for this problem, he/ she may ask us to do lot of check ups after waiting in a long queue, and he will tell that “ your haemoglobin level is too low, for that you should take the prescribed tablets and medicines for 6 months, then everything will be OK”. The prescribed drugs will cost high but its effects will be low.

When the Haemoglobin level is low, the blood circulation to entire system gets affected or it may get slow. It is just like a work done by 2 persons instead of 10 persons work.

For male, The haemoglobin level should be 14-18 gms and For female, it should be maintained between 12-16 gms.

If the level goes down below 8 gms, then the person get suffer from Anaemia and also some other problems such as withheld of pregnancy for female etc.

Haemoglobin level can be increased by some simple and efficient way.

REGULARISING THE HABIT OF TAKING BLACK DRIED GRAPES(RAISIN) BY THIS PRESCRIBED METHOD.

The dried graphs should be kept in water for atleast 12 hours. For that, the raisin should be poured in glass full of water by evening 6’o clock.

For the first day, take 3 numbers and for the 2nd day 6 numbers likewise , you should continue for 9 days with this schedule.

First day, Wake up at 5.30 AM, after brushing. Eat 1 grape and consume small amount of water in which the grapes are kept, then at 12 PM, consume another 1 grape and some water, and at evening 6’o clock take the third one and the remaining water.
For the next day 6 numbers of raisin should be kept in water,

The schedule will be according to the following,

FIRST DAY       - 1,1,1 = 3

SECOND DAY – 2,2,2  =6

THIRD DAY     – 3,3,3  =9

FOURTH DAY – 4,4,4  =16

FIFTH DAY      – 4,4,4  =16

SIXTH DAY      - 4,4,4  =16

SEVENTH DAY- 3,3,3  = 9

EIGHTH DAY   - 2,2,2  = 6

NINETH DAY   – 1,1,1  =3

After the nineth day ,check your haemoglobin level, it gets raise. For better result, two or three attempts may be recommended. This will protect from various other diseases.
