Pomegranate is rich with vitamins and anti oxidants and help for easy assimilation of nutrients in the body.

It has anti oxidants of about 3 times more than the green tea. A single fruit can provide you with 40% of the daily requirement of vitamin C, vitamin A, E, K and folic acid, calcium, iron, phosphorus etc.

USES OF POMEGRANATE:
