EASY WEIGHT LOSS METHODS FOR WOMEN


  • Drink as much as water you can, because water helps in reducing the weight. It is also recommended to avoid the carbonated food stuffs and soft drinks.
  • It is must to reduce or maintain the insulin level in the body, because this insulin only stimulates the hunger feeling. So avoid the habit of consume more food at once, alter them with 5 to 6 times with small amount of meals.
  • Walking is an excellent habit to keep you fit without any side effects. 45 minutes walking is compulsory for burning excess calories.
  • In order to reduce your food consuming quantity, it is advised to use small plates and small coffee mugs.
  • Select more quantity of water rich vegetables for your salads and soups.
  • Avoid taking of too much of carbohydrate like rice, because it stimulates the insulin.
  • It is better to use skimmed milk and non-fat powdered milk powder.
  • More fibrous and calcium rich foods are recommended for breakfast.
  • Try to eat slowly and advised to drop down your spoon after every bite, because slow eating feel contended with food.
  • Avoid creamy, butter or sugary sauces. Motivate the use of spicy foods because it causing your body to burn more calories.
  • Eat only when you are feeling hungry.
  • Take about equal portions of Grains and fibre rich vegetables at the dinner.
  • Prefer not eating with the large group, because it tends to eat more.
  • You should take most of the calories before noon, which means more you eat in the morning than at lunch than dinner.
  • Moderate drinking of alcohol is good for health. It is advised to skip alcohol.
